There were various milestones in the Hong Kong competition enforcement landscape in 2022. \u00a0In addition to the Commission\u2019s continuous enforcement efforts against cartel conduct, there has been increased regulatory scrutiny on competition restrictions in vertical relationships. \u00a0These include the Commission\u2019s first case against a manufacturer for allegedly imposing a minimum resale price on its distributors and the Commission\u2019s multiple investigations into exclusivity conduct.<\/p>\n
