HKAPI HR Committee invited the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre (HKBEC), Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) to give us a webinar on 20 January 2022. The content of the webinar would include the anti-corruption laws and the potential risks in our daily life. Details are listed below for your information.
Webinar on Prevention of Bribery Ordinance with examples of industry operations by ICAC
Objectives:
- Enhance participants’ understanding of the importance of professional ethics;
- Equip the participants with the necessary legal knowledge and practical skills on the relevant sections of Prevention of Bribery Ordinance;
- Raise participants’ awareness of the corruption risks and related malpractices in the industries concerned; and
- Encourage participants to put professional ethics into practice.
