推動香港及澳門及早引入創新及有效的醫療方案，秉持業界商業道德及誠信
香港科研製藥聯會創立於1968年，目前共有32個基本會員及4個協作會員，當中包括名列全球首二十間跨國科研藥品公司。本會會員供應的藥品佔全港治療性藥品百份之七十以上。
The Association is dedicated to keeping members informed about key developments in the local pharmaceutical market. Our goal is to enhance the overall well-being of the Hong Kong population by making recommendations on healthcare policies and fostering collaboration among our member companies, the government, and the community.
Our members contribute valuable insights into healthcare innovation and work to improve the healthcare system through meetings and discussions with stakeholders, partnerships with government and academic institutions, and patient education initiatives. In 2023, our members operated at least 183 Patient Support Programs across 17 therapeutic areas, providing over HKD 569 million in financial support to patients in Hong Kong.
歷史
香港科研製藥聯會於1968年在港成立，為全球最早成立的科研製藥業界組織之一。 過去聯會與多個政府部門、多個專業機構、學者及病人組織通力合作，就多項醫療議題提出專業意見，涵蓋醫療改革、香港科研發展以及病人賦能等範疇。
政策倡議
香港科研製藥聯會於1999年發表其首份醫療改革立場書。多年來我們亦針對許多事項，表達看法和作出評論，包括基層醫療服務、癌症策略，以及罕見病及癌症患者能否負擔用藥開支等範疇，發表了一系列意見書。本會亦一直與醫院管理局合作，讓病人有更多機會接受所需藥物治療，同時確保病人能負擔相關用藥的開支。
人才培訓
為提升藥業界代表的水平，香港科研製藥聯會在1977年創辦一系列藥業培訓課程，並在1987年進一步發展有關課程，推出藥品銷售證書的專業培訓計劃。本會在1992年出版了中英對照的醫藥詞彙表。時至今天，有關課程已舉辦了逾三十年。
年人才培訓經驗
實務守則
本會推行實務守則的做法，堪稱區域內醫藥行業的楷模。早在1970年，香港科研製藥聯會已根據國際通用的標準，與會員公司訂立藥業營銷實務守則的首個版本，隨後守則平均每兩年修訂一次，至今已是第21次修訂，而本會每年都有辦講解守則的培訓課程。
