Organization and Structure
The HKAPI was registered in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 of the Societies Ordinance on 20th June 1968. The Board of Directors is composed of a President, a Vice-President, five to eight board members and an Honorary Treasurer all elected at the Annual General Meeting. Several Task Forces are also set up for strategic initiatives and system betterment. The day-to-day management of the Association is carried out by the Senior Executive Director, supported by fellow colleagues.
