On 22 February 2022, an online EGM was called to pass resolutions to adopt the new HKAPI membership structure.

20 Full Members joined the meeting, with 6 Associate Members joined as observers.

Key changes of the Constitutions cover redefining the membership classification to extend the inclusivity of members, increase transparency and keep abreast of new market dynamics.

The changes were unanimously adopted by members with immediate effect.
